Bloody Red Riding Hood is a love letter to the early slasher films of the late 1970s, stylized in the vein of The Shining with odes to John Carpenter, David Cronenberg, Brian De Palma and by virtue, Ozploitation cinema. With a serious tone, a focus on suspense and the pulsating beat of a synthesizer. Made with a DIY attitude by a group of friends on a shoe-string budget.
