This beautiful cemetery, “classé,” is in Forcalquier, France.
True crime afficionados, take note. I think this affair, dating from 1952, is only available in French on Wikipedia, but at least three full-length movies have been done on it, one with the late great Jean Gabin. There may even be a spy angle to it all.
