Warner Bros. Hollywood 1930s Gangster’s Paradise | #WB100

A little video to pay tribute to three of the most famous and iconic actors who played gangsters in Hollywood’s Golden Era and gangster film studio par excellence, Warner Bros. Featured in the video are scenes of INVISIBLE STRIPES (1939) with George Raft, THE PUBLIC ENEMY (1931) with James Cagney and LITTLE CAESAR with Edward G. Robinson.

Orson Welles said that the classy gangster was a Hollywood invention. These three certainly were the classiest of them all.
